Put Him In The Freezer And He'll Turn Solid Again Pretty Quick
-
A family is upset because, after a dead man was exhumed, his family discovered that he'd allegedly not been fully embalmed. And that meant he'd oozed and leaked out of the casket. He'd liquified, it was everywhere, and it stank. Once it was time to rebury him, they had to use the same casket, because, the pathologist said, "his body had become part of it." Lawsuit ahoy. Question, though: Had they not exhumed, would they have known? And if the body's buried, would anyone... okay, let's be frank here, do you know for sure that your loved ones were properly prepared for burial? Not saying that it's right for them not to properly embalm the body, but unless they have to dig 'im up, who's gonna know? (KOMO-TV/Seattle)
