Okay, We'll Knock 5 Percent Off The Price. Deal?

This is a weird one: The buyers of a million dollar home in Westfield, NJ want a refund because someone's been sending them vaguely threatening messages about being "The Watcher" and being brought "young blood" and the buyers think that the sellers should have warned them about this. But there's no legal duty to inform a buyer about some vague third party threats, so the legal basis is unclear. And what, exactly, do these threats mean? Especially since they allegedly were aimed at previous owners as well and nothing at all happened to those people. Is someone yanking their chain? Is this enough of an excuse to refund the purchase price? Would you be intimidated? (NJ Advance Media/NJ.com)
