What I can never understand is why people go through the trouble of filing formal complaints about... well, in this case, two of the judges on "Britain's Got Talent," Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon, wore low-cut dresses on the show's season finale, and three hundred people complained to OFCOM (the U.K.'s FCC-equivalent) about it. The agency dismissed the complaints, but, still, someone saw those necklines and filed a complaint? You know, you CAN turn the channel. (The Guardian)
