Do Millennials change jobs too much? Apparently, no more than older generations, but a survey says that they both believe job-hopping is a turn-off for prospective employers AND that they'd happily quit their current jobs for a better one. Which raises the question:Is job-hopping a warning sign to employers anymore? Radio has always been an outlier in this -- you didn't really work in radio until you'd been fired a few times -- but in most industries, apparently, there's a "three strikes" mentality -- you're given two shots, but if you don't stick with the third, you're branded.
