Oh, Yeah? Well, My Service Gator Would Like A Word With Your Service Snake
-
A couple brought a snake into a restaurant, and when they were asked to remove it from the premises, the man claimed it was a service snake. Turns out there's no such thing; in fact, officially, "service animal" means dogs. But it does raise the question: Have we gone too far in allowing everyone to claim anything as a service pet? Should it be cracked down upon, limited to dogs for people who need them to see or be ambulatory rather than just for things like anxiety? (KYTV/Springfield, MO)
