Is That Thunder? Oh, Wait, I Ate A Burrito, Never Mind

How about THIS for a terrible medical condition: hearing every sound in your body. You can't turn it off. You hear your heart beat, your blood rush, your eyeballs move. It's real. It's called Superior Semicircular Canal Dehiscence (SSCD), and it happens when a tiny hole opens in your inner ear. Imagine having to deal with that. It will drive you crazy. But it can be fixed with minimally invasive surgery, so at least it's not forever. (WPVI-TV/Philadelphia)
