Jose Mourinho, Pay Attention
-
Matt Williams, Manager of the Year in 2014, fired in 2015 the day after the season ended. And after assuring everyone that they WOULDN'T fire Joe Philbin, the Miami Dolphins wasted no time after their London debacle in firing Joe Philbin. That's all after the Padres took all of what seemed like 20 minutes after the season ended to fire Dan Murphy, the interim manager. All of these raise the question: When is the RIGHT time to fire a coach or manager? Do you wait until you have a lead on the replacement or is it better to rip the Band-aid off?
