Can Mandatory Helmets Everywhere Be Far Behind?
-
A man is suing the United States Department of the Interior because he was sitting under a pine tree in a national park and a pine cone fell on his head. This wasn't a typical pine cone, it was a 16-pound pine cone, and he claims he caused major head injuries. But what does he want them to do? It appears that he wants them to put warning signs up, and he wants them to pay for not warning people that pine cones might fall off of pine trees. Do we really need to explain this to people?
