Now, the specifics: The character in the movie had a different name and was called by the filmmakers a composite character comprising aspects of several real-life figures. But the plaintiff says that the key aspects -- especially the bad toupee -- were his and that the movie made him look very bad and the character, unlike himself, was arrested and charged with misdeeds.
