A Little Pants-Wetting Fright To Remember Him By

One of J.R.R. Tolkein's great grandsons was an adrenaline junkie, a risk taker, until he got cut down by ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease. His brother, on the other hand, is the opposite -- he takes life less urgently, and prefers home to jumping off things. But as a parting gift, the brother with ALS left the brother who doesn't take risks a bucket list of risky things he wanted to do, and now the homebody brother is going to try to fulfill the whole list of 50 things. And he won't know what the things are until it's time to do them and he's already there. If a loved one's dying wish was for YOU to do something you REALLY didn't want to do, something dangerous and crazy, would you suck up your fears and do it? (The Independent)
