Oh, Lord, did you see the design a fancy, world-renowned architectural firm came up with for the Washington Redskins' as-yet-still-a-pipe-dream stadium? It has a moat. Not inside, but outside. The place is encircled with a moat and a beach -- no, really -- with small footbridges over the water (which should be a load of fun when 70,000 people try to get out at once) and the idea that people will kayak and jetski and things like that right outside the stadium. And you thought the pool in the outfield in Phoenix was pointless. (Washington Post)
