Imagine The Thoughts In His Head At About, Oh, The 35th Floor Level
-
I was driving past the new tallest-in-the-West Wilshire Grand skyscraper just after noon Thursday. Had I looked to my right while passing by on the 110 freeway, I might have seen a construction worker fall off the top of the building 53 stories to his death, landing on some understandably frightened woman's car trunk. You're supposed to wear a tethering harness when you're working that high up, but it didn't seem that he wore any harness. The guy also had been working there for two whole days, and the manager said that there was no electrical work he would have had to do that close to the edge of the roof. So... accident?
