The lessons learned the hard way by this guy in Toronto is a) if your company bought you an iPad, you might get in trouble for selling it, and b) do not, under any circumstances, forget to remove the SIM card and replace it with a generic one not tied to your account. That's because this guy sold his to someone in California with the Canadian SIM card in place, and the new owner's use ran up a $25,000 data bill. When you're wiping your data off the device, don't forget the SIM card, too. (Toronto Star)
