The thing about the Mississippi Religious Freedom Bill signed by Gov. Bryant is that it really doesn't have much to do with religious freedom, because I'm unaware of the part of the Bible that says that you can't sell a wedding cake to gay people, or cater a gay wedding or anything like that. You can be devout AND God won't smite you if you lease your catering hall for a gay wedding, or for a bris, or for Muslim prayers. This is NOT a "Religious Freedom" bill. It's a "Freedom From Things That Make Me Uncomfortable" bill. BIG difference. (Jackson Clarion-Ledger)
