Unlike last season, the Tampa Bay Lightning will not block opposing fans from buying playoff tickets this season, and the reason, the team says, is simply this: They don't need to. They've sold enough season tickets to largely fill Amalie Arena with home fans, so even if opposing fans come to the playoff games, unlike the past, the arena will mostly be occupied by the home crowd.
