Like The Cramped, Awful Flight Experience Isn't Frustrating Enough

Here's video of a woman going ballistic over a delayed flight, and you might think, well, she's crazy. But the flight was delayed for a LONG time -- 12 hours! -- and the passengers were not kept informed, the delay meant she and her children would miss a Disney cruise for which they'd paid, and the airline wasn't even offering a hotel room for the night, only a $12 food coupon (they say they offer discounts at some hotels, but that's hardly compensation). Basically, the airline was blowing everyone off. This is how things are with some airlines, and it's not getting better. So, would you be able to calmly talk to the gate agents in a case like this or would you, too, get angry? (New York Post)
