His Conscience Must Have Gotten To Him. Also The Open Warrant Still On His Record
-
A man from Florida turned himself in on a warrant for the theft of a TV from a Jewish community center in Norwalk, CT. That would not be remarkable except that the theft was from a center that no longer exists, and the theft took place in 1989. The item in question is now worthless, the victim doesn't exist... should they even bother trying him, or is it about the principal of the thing? (The Hour, Norwalk)
