A couple is suing Nintendo and Niantic because they live across the street from a Pokégym in a park and it draws Pokémon GO players to their home to look in the windows, stomp on their grass, and curse them out. The suit is not as outlandish as you might think: They want the defendants to get permission before placing Pokéstops and Pokégyms near private property. Okay, they also want a cut of the profits from the game as compensation for their troubles, but there's an argument that deliberately drawing people to go onto private property is reckless and wrong. Not certain that there's a cause of action here, but there IS a rational basis for their concerns. (Detroit Free Press)
