That'll Give You Time For Another Job, As Long As It's Working At A Fast Food Joint

Amazon is testing a 30-hour work week for some IT specialists, hiring two teams of part-timers and the articles about this are all about how this is better suited to the way younger employees want to work and how many European countries are all about part-time work. Nice. But even though they say now that the part-timers will get the same benefits as full-timers, do you really think that's going to be the case forever? How soon before they pull health insurance from the part-timers and direct them to Obamacare exchanges? Because I can't imagine them NOT doing that. (Seattle Times)
