How many years have we been getting news stories telling us that the fish we get in restaurants and retail is often mislabeled, that the grouper you're eating isn't grouper but catfish, the tuna might be endangered whale meat, and so on? Yet another study, this one worldwide, says that one in five samples were mislabeled, and it's rampant everywhere. Is there anything anyone can do about this? Would you even notice the difference?
