This article points out something that used to be the kiss of death for most people (but not radio people) and is now more (but not entirely) accepted: job-hopping in your early work history. It's now understood that you might be sampling new opportunities, and that's okay, as long as it's clear that you had good reasons for leaving each job. Some hiring managers are still loath to hire job-hoppers, though, so you might want to think long and hard before you quit one job to take another. (New York Times)
