I'd Rather Play On Grass Anyway, Just To Be Sure

It wasn't too long ago that we had stories out of Seattle that parents were alleging that those crumb-rubber artificial turf football and soccer fields could cause cancer. Now, a review by the Washington State Department of Health says that there's no indication of a link between the fields and cancer, and it suggests that if they DID cause cancer, there'd be more kids with cancer, and that if you're worried, just wash your hands or take a shower and you're good to go. The parents aren't convinced. And, yeah, the state study is a little glib about the situation, but should the state do more stringent testing or is this a fishing expedition? (KING-TV/Seattle)
