Oh, Don't Worry, It's Not Like The Entire World Uses That Site For Searches Or Anything

Ever try to get an answer out of one of the big social media or tech companies? Pity the restaurant owner who discovered that Google had put a notice on searches for her establishment saying that someone had reported it's closed. She tried to tell Google that she's NOT closed, but they insist there's no problem, since the notice says in regular type that a user reported it but has "closed" in big red letters, and they'll wait and see how the crowdsourced information goes. That's not a good way to do that, is it? Why do Google and Facebook and Twitter get away with practically zero customer service? (KATU-TV/Portland)
