Is It Infused With 3 Days' Worth Of Dirt And Sweat? Because That's Coachella To Me
-
When is a name a trademark and when is it just a name? Okay, when I say "Coachella," what comes to mind? The music festival, right? Or the valley in which the festival occurs? Because it's both. And the music festival is suing Urban Outfitters for using the name "Coachella" on clothing sold by its Free People division. The clothes don't SAY "Coachella," it's just in their names. And it never mentions the festival. But you know what they mean, so there might be a trademark problem. (Women's Wear Daily)
