Congress, in the wake of the United dragging incident and other airborne troubles, is warning the airlines to take steps to improve service or Congress will step in "and you're not going to like it," according to the Chairman of the House Transportation Committee. But what should they do? What rules should they impose on themselves? What would Congress want them to do? What are the specifics? I know, we all complain about the airlines, but what specifically should change? (AP)
