Looking For Suspects? I'd Check Anyone Betting A Lot Of Money On The Warriors

When LeBron James' reaction to someone spray-painting a racial slur on the front gate of his Brentwood home in L.A. is to say "being black in America is tough," he's telling the truth, and anyone who reacts to that by thinking, "well, you're a rich and famous athlete, you don't have it tough..." just doesn't understand the reality of things. No matter how rich and famous someone is, there are a lot of people who only see things like skin color or religion. And they aren't hesitant to let you know about it, whether it's by dropping racial slurs or worse, or just in subtle ways to let you know you're somehow beneath them because of your race or religion or ethnicity.
