The city of Anaheim bars drinking and partying and tailgating in the parking lots at Angels Stadium. No problem: There's been a private lot across the street for years that let you do whatever you want to do. No more; just in time for the playoffs, the city shut the lot down, requiring permits that will take months to get. You'll just have to get drunk BEFORE you drive to the park and... oh, wait....
