Hyundai announced its new Shopper Assurance program to "change the way you buy cars," and that's way overdue, isn't it? They'll bring cars to your home for a test drive, make the actual buying experience easier, and, if you don't like the car once you buy it, you'll have three days to bring it back. Now, let's see if people really mean it when they complain about the haggling and the inconvenience of the standard buying process. Remember Saturn? People SAY they want things made easier and want one-price shopping, but they don't really buy that way when it's available. (CNET Road Show)
