Aah, You Didn't Want To Catch Your Flight Anyway, Did You?

You would think that airport security would have redundant systems and backups galore so that, at a major airport's busiest terminal, there'd never be down time and... and of course you know that instead, when they encounter "software issues," like at JFK's Terminal 4, the security lines come to a standstill and the queue backs up forever. Terminal 4, by the way, is the massive international terminal and also has several domestic airlines, too. It's mobbed on a regular day. Can't imagine the nightmare when the software has "issues."
