At Least Ban Him From Racetracks
-
A Long Island man has been charged with "sexual misconduct with horses," and they say he has a history of animal abuse. Which raises a couple of questions, one being how much abuse there has to be before they remove someone from the general population and just plunk him into an institution to be thoroughly treated, and two being what you would do if a family member got arrested for this. Are there too many more embarrassing things someone can be accused of doing? How would you answer if someone asked how that relative was doing? "Oh, he's fine, he's awaiting trial for molesting horses." (WPIX-TV/New York)
