At Least He Wasn't Showing Any Piercings
-
A very popular suburban Philadelphia mall Santa -- he's beloved for posing for goofy photos and showing off his "Naughty" and "Nice" arm tattoos -- is now being restricted to regular boring old poses by the mall, and his fans are angry. Who does it hurt if he, by customer request, poses with his tats showing? Why would a mall, especially in an era when they need all the customers they can get, do something that customers aren't going to like? Is there a legal liability we're missing here? Who would be offended? (Philadelphia Inquirer)
