A family says they were bounced from a Southwest flight from Chicago to Santa Ana for a Disneyland vacation because someone falsely accused their kids of having lice. The false accusation is bad enough, but couldn't the gate crew just look and see that it wasn't true? Even if you're legitimately concerned about contagion, how hard is it to just check the kids' hair, see that it was dandruff and not creepy crawly things, and let everyone board? (WMAQ-TV/Chicago)
