Seemed Like More Than That, TBH

By the count of Toronto Star Washington reporter Daniel Dale, Donald Trump made 1,012 false claims in 2017. You know he lies, and you know he takes credit for things he didn't have anything to do with (like air traffic safety). Everyone either shrugs it off or tries to defend him because they "love the taste of lib'rul tears" (and that, you know, is defending the indefensible). If you're a Trump-supporting host, how do you address this on the air? Do you ignore it, deny it, or, ideally, ask your listeners whether they expect the President to tell the truth or if they're okay with his loose grasp of the truth? It's not liberal vs. conservative, it's truth vs. spin/ego/lying. (Toronto Star)
