I do a lot of business travel, but not as much as some folks, so I'm hopeful I'm not affected by what this study says is a propensity among frequent business travelers to suffer depression, anxiety and trouble sleeping. The study looked at people who travel at least two weeks a month. Oh, and if you drink, the travel might make you more likely to be alcohol-dependent. Solution, besides not traveling? Businesses are supposed to make sure the workers have access to physical activity facilities and healthy food. But those kinds of hotels are more expensive, so good luck with that.
