I thought we'd determined this already, but in case we hadn't, a new study confirms that swearing while working out CAN make you stronger and more powerful. You know how you might yell an expletive when you're lifting or exerting yourself? The study showed that cussing accompanied spikes in power. It also helps you deal with pain. So swear away.
