He was ranting about people in his building playing their music loud, and allegedly said he “would handle the next person who came into the complex." That he allegedly did. He's been jailed on accusations that he shot and killed a neighbor for that reason. Granted, loud music is annoying, but you CAN move. (Las Vegas Review-Journal)
