It's a scam. Maybe. They're not sure why this couple in Massachusetts keeps getting stuff from Amazon they didn't order. The scam, if that's what it is, involves merchants who crave positive reviews from "verified purchasers." They create a fake account in your name, send you stuff, and then, because they and not you control the account, post rave reviews. It's a weird form of identity theft. (Boston Globe)
