The remote Maine restaurant that all the foodies love, The Lost Kitchen, is famously hard to get to and impossible to get a reservation for. Now, the latter becomes even more precious, since they'll now only accept reservations via mail, as in a handwritten note card sent in the post. They'll accept the cards for 10 days in April, then pick them via random lottery. I don't care HOW good the food might be; That's too much work to do for dinner. (Boston Globe)
