Wouldn't Be Hard To Know Everyone In Town
-
The most crowded place in America? No, it's not your local DMV office, or the checkout lanes at Costco. No, it's Guttenberg, New Jersey, and you'll be forgiven for not knowing where that is. I grew up pretty close to there and I don't know where it is. Apparently, it's a tiny town in Hudson County where 11,700 people live in 2/10ths of a square mile. That amounts to the equivalent of 58,800 people per square mile, double what New York City packs into each square mile. A lot of it is that it's a tiny land area but they have two high rises right on the Hudson River, but that's still a ton of people in a very small area. Could you live in an area that densely populated? (Bergen Record)
