The Name's Familiar

This guy stole a woman's purse from her car at a gas station while she was inside the store. Two days later, he went to a restaurant and tried to pay with one of the stolen credit cards. The victim was his waitress. Yes, he handed her her own card to pay his bill. He should have recognized her from the picture on the driver's license he also stole. But someone who steals a credit card and tries to use it two days later after the card's likely already been reported stolen can't be too bright.
