When The Ability To Steer With Your Knees Comes In Handy
-
This story is about British Columbia but it could be the case anywhere: In B.C., distracted driving tickets are actually down, but they think it might not be because people aren't using their phones while driving. No, they believe people are getting sneakier in how they text or email while driving. They've adapted so that they can hide it from the cops better. And police aren't enforcing the laws to the fullest extent, either. Is it inevitable that we're just going to have to call it a loss and give up trying to stop people from texting while driving?
