I'd Be Doing Burpees But It's My Brain's Fault I'm Eating Tastykakes Instead

You know you should be going to the gym, but you manage to avoid it every time. Why? Tired? No energy? No motivation? No, according to a University of British Columbia study, it's your brain. Your brain, they say, is conditioned to find the way to burn the least amount of energy. You know you need exercise, but your brain tells you to conserve energy. You know you can use the stairs, but your brain tells you to take the elevator. So your brain is lazy. Blame it. (Washington Post)
