'Tis already the season, and we have our first report of projections for holiday shopping, a 5% increase, which raises the evergreen topic of how much you're planning to spend on gifts, travel, and entertainment this year. ($693 each on gifts, $361 on travel and $196 on entertainment, according to the average response.) Do you even KNOW how much you're going to spend yet? Are you thinking about the holidays at all?
