You Mean We Broke Out The Umbrellas For Nothing?
-
Whose fault is it when the weather report is very, very wrong? It happens, the latest example being a wave of thunderstorms we here in Southern California were SUPPOSED to get Tuesday through Thursday but didn't. It got really dark and overcast, but most of the region got zero rain, and we NEED rain. (Some of the Inland Empire, the area east of L.A., got some t-storms, but most remained very dry.) As you may know, even the threat of rain sends people here into a frenzy, but this time, it was for naught. We know, weather forecasters don't control the weather, it's not their fault, but when they're this wrong on the prediction, a "sorry" would probably be in order. (Daily Breeze, Torrance)
