Quebec has a law prohibiting advertising aimed at children under 13. A court has now authorized a class-action lawsuit alleging that McDonald's violated the law simply by having displays showing Happy Meal toys in its restaurants. How do you feel about marketing that's clearly aimed at getting kids to ask Mom and Dad to buy them something? (Montreal Gazette)
