A Real Estate Agent Would Call It 'Rustic Charm'

Well, Havana's collapsing, literally. Those old houses and buildings that make the city unique and rich with historical significance haven't been adequately renovated in decades, and while the government has done some work in that regard, most of the buildings are falling apart and beams and other structural elements tend to be stolen. Might have something to do with the government being in total control of everything. Home repair is not their strong suit. (USA Today/Pulitzer Center)
