Wanna reduce your risk of heart disease? Exercise. Cardio? Surprisingly, no: a new study says that weight training is more effective in cutting your risk of heart disease than cardio. That, by the way, includes resistance training that doesn't even include weights, like burpees and push-ups. But weights, too. I do cardio but not much weight training; perhaps I should reconsider.
