As Long As You Shower Before You Go Back To Your Desk

You know you need to exercise. But when can you fit it in, and when's best? Some studies say that you get a lot of benefits from working out during your work day, taking an hour to sweat. It's supposed to increase your cognitive abilities. Can you get away for a lunchtime workout? When I worked in an office/studio, I would do that at the parent newspaper's building, which had a little workout room/locker room/showers; I'd run around the neighborhood, shower, and go back to work. It was actually relaxing and did help. So, yeah, do it. (BBC)
