Time And Fries Wait For No Man

This is pretty amusing: The folks over at The Takeout decided that someone should figure out how long before McDonald's fries become inedible, and that they were the ones to do it. So they went to McDonald's with stopwatches and left the fries at room temperature and here's the result: The fries become less appealing after 10 minutes and appalling by the 18 minute mark. They're best in the first five minutes. What I want to know is who doesn't snarf 'em up right away, because that's how I handle it. They can't go bad if you don't wait a minute before pounding 'em down your throat. (The Takeout)
