A nutritionist claims that pizza is a better breakfast for you than cereal. A slice has the same amount of calories as a bowl of cereal with whole milk, but offers more protein. Plus, no sugar crash. But that doesn't mean it's your best option; there ARE healthier things to eat. Yet pizza IS an option, whether cold leftover or heated up. Those of us who could eat dinner food for breakfast and breakfast food for dinner every day are not surprised. (Delish)
